  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients. Give these a good stir together until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the wet mixture.
  5. Spread the granola oat mixture on an even layer on a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the granola turns golden brown. Stir the granola every 10 minutes to ensure even baking.
  7. Remove the granola from the oven and add the raisins/sultanas, dried cranberries, chopped apricots, and chopped figs.. Stir to combine.
  8. Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet. It will continue to crisp up as it cools.
